Exercise can be fun!
If you are just starting out, try exercising for 10 minutes a day. You can gradually increase your amount of physical activity. Try exercising with a friend to keep you motivated. Some popular ways to get moving are dancing, running or fast walking in the park – even housework and gardening! Keep track of your physical activity, and plan your week to include 30-60min of exercise most days each week to get the most health benefits and help lose weight.
