Research Introduction

There are several important findings from the clinical research study on Xanthigen.

  • Xanthigen was well tolerated with no safety concerns.
  • Xanthigen is effective in reducing body weight at a dose of 600mg/day (200mg tid). The majority of this weight loss was due to a loss of body fat. Also, the subjects on average had a reduced waistline when taking Xanthigen, but not when taking a placebo. Participants lost an average of 5.5 kg (NAFLD) and 4.9 kg (NFL) MORE THAN the placebo groups by the end of the study.
  • Xanthigen is also effective at reducing the amount of fat in the liver, and this loss in liver fat precedes the weight loss in the rest of the body.
  • Xanthigen caused a net increase in the subjects’ resting metabolic rate (resting energy expenditure - REE) which was statistically significant when compared with baseline REE and with placebo.

In short, Xanthigen improved several important health factors, thus inspiring the motto Healthy Weight, Healthy Liver, Healthy Body.
